Facebook changes its DOM frequently. Clarus Social uses multiple conservative signals and bounded containers to reduce false positives.

LinkedIn filtering

Keep the professional network. Cut the feed noise.

LinkedIn increasingly rotates hashed markup, so Clarus Social combines semantic attributes, rendered labels and bounded post geometry instead of relying on one brittle class name.

Custom filters

Filter on your terms.

Allow phrases and Trusted Accounts take precedence over nuisance filters. Paid advertising remains blockable even when the advertiser account is trusted.

Posts from these accounts bypass recommendation, noise and keyword filters. Add a profile URL or handle, or right-click a post and choose “Always show this account.” Sponsored/Promoted posts can still be blocked.

Clarus Social can clean outbound links and optionally block known Meta/X tracker resources on other websites. Chromium does not provide Firefox-style site containers.

Scope: The optional External Social Tracker Shield blocks selected Meta/X/LinkedIn tracker requests outside their own sites. It does not isolate cookies into a browser container and cannot prevent X or Facebook from observing activity you perform while using their services.
